This red wine, born on the Triassic gypsum of vines aged 40 to 50 years, is made from Grenache (80%) and Syrah (20%).
Several successive sortings on the plot and a final sorting before putting it in the vat, then two years of aging are necessary for its production.
The Banquettes reveal notes of fresh black fruits and spices on the nose. Upon tasting, the aromas range from red and black fruits, tapenade, and menthol notes.
